How to Add Locations for Pickups and Deliveries

Managing multiple pickup spots like your home kitchen, a local pop-up shop, or a weekend farmer's market? Bakeshop lets you save all your addresses in one place! This guide will show you how to add and store locations so they are ready to go whenever you configure your everyday schedule or plan an exciting Drop.

Prerequisites

  • Your Bakeshop storefront is active.

  • You know the full physical addresses for where you plan to meet customers or deliver from.


Step 1: Access your location settings

Let’s navigate to the right spot in your dashboard to start adding your addresses.

  1. Navigate to your Bakeshop dashboard.

  2. Look at the left-hand menu, click on Schedule, and select Locations.


Step 2: Enter your location details

Tell your customers exactly where they need to go to get their treats!

  1. Under the New Location section, fill in the details for your spot:

    • Location Name: Give it an easy-to-remember title that makes sense to you (e.g., "Home Bakery", "Downtown Farmer's Market", or "Main Street Pickup Window").

    • Full Address: Start typing the physical address, and ensure it is entered accurately and a validated.

    • Notes (optional): This is a great place to add helpful instructions for your customers, like parking tips, entrance instructions, or gate codes!


Step 3: Save your location

Lock in your hard work so you can use this address later.

  1. Click the pink Save button at the bottom of the form.

  2. Your new spot will now appear in the Saved Locations list at the bottom of the page. You can click Edit next to it anytime if you need to update the parking notes or fix a typo!

Pro Tip: Don't skip this step! These saved addresses will automatically appear in a handy dropdown menu whenever you build a limited-time Drop or configure your standard Pickup and Delivery settings.
